Tbe manager reports that ore of good rde is being obtained from the faces operation on the North reef end Anderson's leader. Net, 2, 3, and 4 etopes on the North reef are being continued. Gold ia freely seen la each stope ss tne quartz is br;oken down. The reef varies in size from four to 18tn in thickness, the whole of which is being saved for treatment. On Anderson's leader a drive is being driven 40ft above 148 ft level. In this face the leader bears a most promising appearance. Gold ia seen in the ore broken, and improved results may at any time be expected. In No. 6 stope the leader looks welL and is producing a little picked stone.
