BALTIC FLEET OUTWARD BOUND.
LONDON, October 18. Thirty-four warships of the Baltic fleet have passed through the Great Belt;, leading from the Baltic Sea into the North Sea. ONCE MORE TO RETURN. (Received 9.29 a.m.) LONDON, October 18. The Paris newspaper "Le Matin" states that serious defects in the gun fittings of the warships will probably compel the Baltic fleet to return to a Russian port I for some weeks.
