ANGLO-FRENCH ENTENTE.
Assailed by Major Marchand. (Received 9.30 a.m.) PAEIS, September 9. Major Marchand, of Fashoda fame, in an article in "Le Figaro," says that in return for illusory advantages in Morocco France has sacrificed her prestige in the Eastern Mediterranean, and allowed her colonial empire to be cut in two.
