VLADIVOSTOK SQUADRON'S FIGHT.

The Russian Admiralty severely criticises Admiral Skrydloff for the recent sortie from Vladivostok, for which Admiral Alexeieff is. however, held to have been chiefly responsible. Sfcrydloff is also censured for his failure to take command 'himself of the Russian cruisers when the sortie was made.
