STRANDING OF THE NOVIK.
IS PARTLY SUNK. NO JAPANESE CASUALTIES. LONDON, August 22. The Japanese cruisers Tsushima and Ghithose attacked the Novik both on Saturday and yesterday near Saghalien. She was damaged seriously, and was stranded and partly sank. The Tsushima was hit in the bunkers, but the damage was repaired. There were no casualties among the Japanese crews.
