Aflalo's book entitled "Mr Truth About Morocco," describes the 4s» • glo-French Treaty as disastrous, and as containing needless concessions. The transaction, said the Liberal ex-Premier, wad more likely to promote than prevent unfriendliness with France in the not; distant future.
