COMING ANGLO-AUSTRIAN TREATY.
LONDON, August 20. Negotiations are proceeding for the adoption of an arbitration treaty by Britain and Austria on the same lines as that between Britain and France. The proposed treaty, if effected, will be the result of the meeting between the Emperor Francis Joseph and King Edward at Marienbad.
