The bowler may be allowed to make notes between the delivery of.-each bail. While he is doing so the ball shall be considered dead. THE WICKET KEEPER. XIIX The wicket keeper may rest his writing pad on the top of the stumps, but he must not remove the balls in doing so. THE STRIKER. XVL—iThe striker shall be out If in his report of the match he splits an infinitive.
