NEW ZEALANDER WESTS. MELBOURNE, August 14. J. Arnst, the New Zealand cyclist, won the Northern Districts 25 miles' open road race in the fast time of 66$ minutes, despite the iact that the roads were wet j and sloppy. Amongst the 70 starters ; j were the New Zealanders, Cameron, Bar- | row, fcSmith and R. Arnst. j EX-AUCKLAND MINISTER'S DEATH. | I SYDNEY, August 14. The death is announced of the Rev. T. W. Dunn, of the ■ Presbyterian Church, Newtown, and late of Auckland, New Zealand. I [The Rev. Mr. Dunn was for some years ;in charge of St. David's Presbyterian Church in Auckland. He was a young man of considerable ability and much : energy, and was very popular during his ministry here.]
