The most extensive raval engagement lince the greac fight of February 8 is deimribed in to-day's cables. In addition to the sinking of a cruisor in the yiadivostol: squadron, both Russian fleets have lost the majority of their Te _ se ls by disablement. The Russian Admiral Withoeft was blown to pieces m the Cesarewitch. It is stated that the German cruisers at Tsmg-tan are _eared for action, the reason given being that they are about to prevent the departure of the Russian cruisers before the latter have disarmed.
