iHE INQUESr -PROCEEDING. Interesting Evidence. * (Received 9.20 ajn.) LONDON, April 20. Tne crew of submarine Al were buried with naval honours in Haslar cemetery. The inquest has been opened. Captain Bacon, commander of the submarine flotilla, deposed that Lieutenant Mansergh evidently sighted tbe liner when 150 feet off, and dived. With three seconds more he would have gone clean under the liner. If the crew had not been stunned by the shock tbe submarine could have reached the surface.
