IMPERIAL BUDGET.
Increased Duties Proposed. (Received 10.31 a.m.) LONDON, April 19. The Budget proposes that the income tax shall be increased by a penny, and tea duties by twopence. There is to be a new duty of 3/3 on tobacco stripped before importation, an additionol sixpence on cigars, and a shilling on cigarettes.
