A startling accident befell a cart owned by Messrs. W. arid G. Winstone this morning, at the bottom of Welies-ley-strcet West. The concern was standing outside Parkinson's grocer's shop, when the horse suddenly bolted, and dragging the cart up the street, the wheel being locked, brought the cart into collision, with an adjoining confectionery shop. The verandah post gave way, and the who4e verandah came down on the top of the cart. The verandah was not hurt, but the cart was rather badly smashed. But the horse's mad progress was stopped effectively! Shop early to avoid the afternoon crush. Smart millinery for small money makes liendcll's a busy store.— Tennis Shirts. While Shirts.
