GISBORNE, this day. The following are the insurances on the recent fire which destroyed three shops occupied by Messrs Attwood, dealer in furniture; Smith Bros., hairdressers and tobacconists; and J. Thompson, florist:—Smith Bros.' stock, £150; Thompson's stock, £200, jmth. the Guardsa.u Assurance Co. On buildings, £350, with the New Zealand Insurance Co.
