THOMPSON. —At the Auckland Hospital, this morning. William, the beloved husban dof the late Jane Thompson, of Ay- * ondale, in his 65th yeiar.

CHATWIN. —In loving memory of Walter Chatwin, who was accidentally killed while playing football at Mt. Albert on October 13, 1000. Inserted by his loving brother and sister-in-law, W. H. and I. Chatwin.
SINCLAIR. —In loving, memory of our dear mother, who died at Cook-st., Auckland, 13th October, 1902. "Gone, but not forgotten." Inserted by her loving husband and family.
