CONSTANTINOPLE, September 24. .11,000 refugees are at the Black Sea port of Burgas, in Eastern Romelia. Reports received here state that fighting has occurred in the Fresno Pass in the Mclnik district. The Turkish casualties were ;57, including "5 officers, and those of the insurgents 20. Their prisoners include a Turkish eoiiimantW.
