Cucumbers: Good sale for hothouse grown from 1/ to 1/d each. Cabbages: Good demand at 0/ per sack. Cauliflowers: Fair sale at 7/ to 8/ per sack. Carrots, 50/ per ton. Eggs: Market well supplied. The highest value ruling to-day is 10* d and lid per doz for well knowm brands. Green peas: The first shipment of the season realised 2/6 per peck. New potatoes: A consignment of flukes sold to-day at 2_d to 3Jd per lb Onions: Good samples are worth 7/ to 8/ per cwt, others from 4/ to 0/.
