BOMBAY V. PUKEKOHE.
The final cup match of the Franklin Rugby Union competitions was played on Saturday, between the above named teams, i,nd after a hard but friendly game resulted in a win for Pukekohe by 11 points to :i. Pukekohe are thus again winners of the championship. Tries were scored for Pukekohe by I*. Blake, L. Bayly, and AY. Find lav, one of which C. Lodge converted. For Bombay. I*. Reynolds scored a try, Fitness failing to convert. Great interest was taken" in this match, because if-Bom-bav bad won it would have left Waiuku iii"the lead. The game was under the control of Mr Cavamiagb, who gave general satisfaction. The following table shows the position of the teams. — Points P. W. li. D. For. Agst.
