BANK MEETINGS.
SYDNEY, July 21
The annual meeting of the Australian joint Stock Bank was held to-day. The profits for the last half-year amounted to £79,817. During the half-year over £ 5000 had been paid off fixed deposits. The half-yearly meeting of the Commercial Banking Company of Sydney was held to-day. The profits amounted to £85,614, out of which a dividend of 10 rer cent, was declared, £20,614 being carried forward, and £15,000 added to the reserve.
