(Received 9.50 a.m.) MELBOURNE., this day. e20.000 will be placed on the next Estimate for the construction of n telegraph line between .Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide, under the ('ape cable agreement with the Eastern Extension Company, to relieve the pressure existing on the lines.
