THE MAYOR, COUNCILLORS. AND BURGESSES OF THE BOROUGH OF GREY LYNN, in pursuance of the above Act, hereby gives notice that it proposes to engage in the following undertaking, that is to say:— The grading, levelling, formation, metalling, kerbhig, and channelling and draining of Streets or Roads within the limits of or bounding the Borough of Grey Lyuu and to enable it so to do to borrow a sum of Nine Thousand Pounds, which sum it is proposed to apply and nllociite in the following proportions namely:—(a) £700 in completion of road formation works on the Great North Road where the same runs along the boundary of the Borough; (b) £3280 In road formation in the Surrey Ward of the Borough of Grey Lynn: (<-.) £2020 in road formation In the Sussex Ward of the Borough of Grey I.ynu; (d) £2100 in road formation find drainage in the Ric-hmonrt Wavd of the Borough of Grey Lynn: and (c) out of the remaining £300 the balance of the said loan it is proposed to pa,y the cost of laising the loan; such sum of £9000 to be borrowed upon the security of n special rate of one halfpenny in the £ on the unimproved value of all ratable property in the Borough of Grey Lynn to lie made and levied for the purposes of such special loan, such sutn of .SPOOO to be repaid within twenty-one years from the dfite it Is borrowed.
