A Lively Sailor.—George Rowland, o. young sailor , on (he American nian-o"----svar Wheeling, was charged with being drunk and disorderly in Queen-street. He wore a singlet instead of a coat, and the- police stated that he was dressed in that fashion when he walked up Queen-street last night carrying two handcuffs and shoutingobscene language, lie was drunk, and told a detective that he had broken away from custody on board his shirt. The case stood down for the ship's authorities to bo communicated with.
