Warning signals for northerly gales are exhibited at Cape Maria and Tintin, and at Capes Campbell, Foulwind, Farewell Spit and Nugget Point. Synopsis of the last 24 hours: Falling barometer everywhere. In the North generally fine weather and moderate northerly wind. Frost is reported from Invercargill.
