The Hon. Captain Morris, M.L.&, who suffered severely from loss of blood owing to cutting an artery near the temple, as the result of a fall, is still in a very weak condition. On Friday, he suffered from what appeared very like a relapse, and grave fears were entertained by his relatives. Since then., however, there hat been an improvement, but his condition is not yet such as warrants the statement that all .danger is parsed. • , . ■ '..»•'
