NEWCASTLE'S COAL EXPORT.

The coal export from Newcastle last year totalled 3.104,000 tons, valued at £1.523,000, being a decrease of 135.000 tons, valued at £43,000, as compared with the previous year. New Zealand took 244,000 tons, a slight increase.
