THE ZEALANDIA.
The s.s. Zealandia arrived from Southern and East Coast ports last night. The vessel, which has maintained a speed of over 14 knots along the coast, left Dunedin on December 30, and called at the usual way ports, running an excursion from Wellington to Picton on Boxing Day. She left Gisborne at 10.10 p.m. on Saturday, and made the run to Auckland in under 23 hours, arriving at 8.50 p.m., and meeting strong head winds and seas across the Bay of Plenty.
The s.s. Zealandia sails for Sydney at 5.30 o'clock this evening, with the following passengers:—Misses Glllman.Hare, Edenborough, Grossmann, Winks, Thomson, Mesdames Mcllvide, Danniano, Messrs Bechervaise, Plummer, Biernacki, Ransom, Hare, Carr, Thompson, Connell (2), Rev. Hills, Lucas, Hodgkin, Douglas, Thorne, .Mcllvide, McKinley, Frew, Fell, Cameron, Murray (3), Jordan, White, Langley, Maxwell, Capt. Stenhouse, and 25 steerage.
