AUCKLAND TROTTING CLUB.

Under favourable weather circumstances the Auck'anc, Trotting Club brought their Summer Meeting to a conclusion on Saturday. There was a very large attendance, and the course was in good order. The racing- was interesting, and in some instances there were very close mushes. Betting was very brisk all day, as was proved by the sum of £3937 being passed through the machine for the day, making a grand total of £10,535 10/ for trie meeting.
