Mr A. E, Harding, M.H.E. for Kaipara, has forwarded the following telegram to the Minister for Railways _"I was a passenger from Helensville to Auckland by the 7.40 train this morning, arriving in Auckland thirty minutes late. There were fully 200 passengers aboard, and they expressed great dissatisfaction. The delay was caused through the rolling-stock being inefficient to cope with'the traffic now offering. Cannot something be done immediately in regard to introducing an express train service between Auckland and Helensville to meet the wants of Kalpara district (population, which is rapidly increasing. Concessions granted by you from time to time are highly appreciated, and if you can do something with regard to a faster service satisfaction would be comidetev— A. E. Harding."
