GRAHAM BELL AT IT.
According , to the "Aeronautical World," a new American periodical, Professor Graham BeU has nearly completed his flying machine. It i& 'beting constructed under P|rofessoiv Bell's personal . supervision, and is stated to be radically different from M. Santos-l>umont's machine. The machine will, it is reported, be 2Wt in length and composed of 35 distinct parts, and the principle of. the 'kite will 'be utilised to a. considerable extent.
