Clarke and Parslow, oi the Waihi District School Cadet Corps are competing at Auckland in the Rifle Association's school firjng competition Master Parslow }s a son qf the wellknown yeteran. ex-champion, J. BTJG<JT ACCIDENT. Two Waihi ladies, Mrs A. H. Benge and Mrs Savage, while driving on New Year's Day to Athenree, were thrown out of a buggy at the bridge pear tpe residence of Captain Stewart, but escaped with a good shaking.
