NEW YORK, January 1. Revolutionists claim a victory at Barquesimento
A press correspondent found Castro lunching and dancing , arm-in-arm with his mistress. Interviewed regarding the proposed Hague arbitration, Castro laughed triumphantly, saying, "The Powers have yielded to me."
