Tides — High on western coast North of Cape Egmout; good thence southward en all eastern coast.

Rain may be expected northward of Bast Cape, Taupo, and New Plymouth.

Warning signals for a northerly gale are exhibited at Cape Maria, and for westerly gales at East Cape, Capes Campbell, Foulwind, Farewell Spit, and Nugget Point.
