■ BERLIN, November 30. The prosectition of "Volraits" for libel.on the late Herr Krupp has commenced. The editor • aHeges that the Biatement respecting Herr Krupp was absolutely true, and complains of the Kaiser prejudicing the case. A warrant has been issued for the errest of the German painter, Christian Allers, a resident of Capri, for offences which he is said to have . falsely attributed to Krupp. Allers has disappeared.
