EXTRADITION TREATY.
M2LBOURNE, November 30
The Federal Government has received notice of an amendment of the extradition treaty between Britain and Austria-Hungary. The alteration provides for the prompt release Of a prisoner if the preliminary proceedings are not quickly followed tip toy the" country's representative.
