In pursuance of "The Electoral Act, 19C»"" I SYDNEY JOHN BROOKFIELD ' Upturning Officer for the Electoral Dktßltf of MANUKAU, do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a Writ, benring date the 11th day of November, 1902, trader the hand of the ni.n-k of the Writs, an Election will be held for the return of ONE qualified person to serve as Member for the said dls"ricf and that the latest day for receiving uominations of Candidates will be the 18th day of November, 1902, and that the Poll if necessary, will be taken at the several Polling Places of the said District on the 25th day of November, 1902. Every Man desirous of becoming a Candidate must be nominated by not lesa than two electors of the District, by a nomination paper as prescribed by Section 99 of the said Act, delivered to the Returning Officer, at the Courthouse, Onehunga, not later than 5 o'clock in the afternoon of the 18th day of November, 1902.
