BABY FOUND DEAD
STRATFOED, this day.
A sensation has been caused at Tariki by the finding of the dead body of a newly-born infant on a farm. An inquest was hold yesterday. Tho jury found that the child had died of neglect during or exposure after birth, and that from the evidence advanced Florence Patterson, a single girl of eighteen, is suspected of being the mother and of concealing the birth.
