THE AFRIKANDER BOND

At Mr. Hofmeyr's instance the Afrikander Bond leaders meet to revise the constitution of the Bond on a non-racial basis, and for the. promotion of domestic development in South Africa. A general meeting has been summoned, to approve the decisions.
