VICTORIAN CIVIL SERVANTS.
MELBOURNE, this day.
There is much. indignation amongst Civil Servants at the Government's proposed reform bill to give them special representation in Parliament by two members, one in the Council. They strongly oppose this sectional representation, and urge that the Government are vindictive as the result of the combination oi! the Civil Servants and the Labour party at the elections.
