THE GREYHOUND'S CRUISE
PULL DESCRIPTION OP THE BODIES.

Captain Subritzsky has kindly supplied me with the following account of his cruise: — The Greyhound! left- Awanui <on Tuesday morning, passed North Cape at 10 a.m., and followed the coat to Cape Reinga. Left there at half-past five p.m., and spoke the Zealandia at dark close to the Kings. There was then no sign of anything till Wednesday morning. We landed' on the large! .Kings early, saw no sign of
life., We pulled in a small boat all round the islands and picked up three bodies off the north side of the big Kings, all men, and supposed to be two steerage passengers and one fireman. We saw plenty of wreckage and cargo from the steamer. We spoke the Clansman on -. Wednesday afternoon, and returned here with the bodies.
One is that of an old man about 00 | years, bald, grey whiskers; another lis that of a man about 2S, short, sanjdy whiskers, and another is the body of a fireman about 25, fair. The mate of the Elingamite saw the bodies. There were no names that we could make. I have a poc-ket-book, etc., here. The first body is that of a young man about 2.") years of age, fair complexion, broyn hair, light eyebrows, small light moustache, height about sft lQin, a well-built man, fiannel guernsey, ordinary cotton shirt, dark tweed trousers (no visible ..marks), black cashmere socks, two belts, and a purse. Second body.—Man from 2S to .'!0 years of age, very fair, trimmed sandy whisjfers, full moustache, dark brown hair, flannel undershirt, tennis shirt, serge coat. trousers and vest, braces, merino isocks, pharnphlet, pocket-book, .purse, watch pendant, leather belt, comb, pipa, pencil and stud bill on Grace Bros., Glebe, Sydney.
Third body.—Man about sft Oin, about 60 years of age, fair complexion, grey whishers, light hair, mark on chin, devoid of whiskers,' cashmere undershirt, tennis shirt outside braces, and black tie, dark tweed suit, black merino socks, watch and chain, £G in sovereig-ns, pocketbook, knife ancl comb spotted red and white handkerchief.
