Herr en Dochin and Heminger, directors bf the Rheinan Macheim Chemifcal Company, of Germany, have been arrested On charges of having falsified the books to conceal gradual business losses, absorbing the entire teapital of £125,000.

Robert Harding Milward, a leading Birmingham solicitor, has been arrested on charges of misappropriation of trust funds. The amount inyolved is large. ■•
