LONDON, August 27. Reitz, on being interviewed in Paris, admitted that he had parted company with the Boer generals since they disagreed as to their tactics on important matters. He accused the British of destroying 50,000 houses and farm buildings, and he estimated the damage at twenty millions sterling. *
