RUSSIA AND TURKEY.
CONSTANTINOPLE, August 27.
The visit of a "Russian squadron to the Turkish Black Sea ports has caused much uneasiness at Stamboul,« especially sinse the Grand Duke Alexander assured the Tsar that he knew more about the Turkish coasts than all the Ottoman naval officers put together.
