Public notice is hereby, gl^en that at tho Ordinary Meeting of the Auckland City Council, to be held in the Council Chamber, Coburg-st., on- THURSDAY the' 15th' day of May, 1902, a Resolution will be submitted for the confirmation of the following resolution passed by the said Council at a Special Meeting on the 17th day of April,. 1902, and intended to operate as a "Special Order,"" viz., "Whereas by 'The Auckland City Bor-' ' rowing Act, 1599,.~the Auckla-nd CityCouncil was authorised" to raise by way of Loan the sum (inter alia) of thirty thousand pounds for the re-payment of. the then existing overdraft at the National .Bank of .
