Resident of Grey Lynn.—Anonymous correspondence is not a proper means for "bringing charges of breaches of the law against individual offenders. If what you say is true, and you choose to draw the attention of the nolice to the matter, we have no doubt the offences complained of will be -very speedily put. an end to. Ti anonymous correspondence were not barred against personal accusations, it might easily be made a weapon for venting personal malice.
