PAKURANGA HOUNDS.

At noon on Saturday the members of the Pakuranga Hunt Club met at the Mangere Pound, and then proceeded to W. Henwood's farm. Here the huntsman tried most of the afternoon, but haJ to go on in disgust. The hounds were taken towards Mr Shibley's farm where a hare was at once on hand, which gave a smart run, but did not go far before it doubled back on its own ground, whicn is confusing to the hounds.
