Lamb, prime Canterbury, sd; fair average (including Dunedin, Southland, and Wellington, and secondary Canterbury), 4Jd. River Plate - crossbred or ' merino wethers, heavy and light, '23d. New Zealand beef (ISO to 220 lbs), fair average quality , ox fores, nominal, 42d; hinds, sid. (These prices are official quotations furnished by the Frozen Meat Trade Association. The basis of the quotations is the sale of lines o£ not less than 100 carcases of mutton or lamb, or 25 quarters or" beef. All quotations for mutton are for fair average quality.
