WHAT MR. STEAD SAYS

Mr Stead explains that from 1891 to 1899 he was, under Mr Cecil Rhodes' wills, entrusted with the sole execution of Mr Rhodes' Imperialistic ideals, but that just before the war he was removed, on the ground that he was too masterful to work with the other executors.
