POLICE COURT.

At the Police Court yesterday after* noon, before Mr T. Hutchison, Anton. Dragieovich was charged with assault*, ing Anton Milicich, Mr Martin, who appeared for complainant, asked that defendant be bound over to keep thft peace. Tbe case was closely connected with a case heard earlier in theday, when Milicich / was charged with wounding- Dragieovich with in'-* tent, and was discharged.
