AUCKLAND THE SECOND GRADE CHAMPIONS.
Dull, threatening weather and heavy wickets prevailed on Saturday afternoon, when the last round of the senior championship was finished. Auckland, who commenced their first innings the previous Saturday, occupied the wickets au the afternoon, so that Parnell did not get a bat." Gordon defeated North Shore by 138 runs on the first innings. The Auck-land-Wanderers second grade match resulted in' a draw, and Auckland thus win the championship for the third consecutive season.
