BIRKDALE SUNDAY SCHOOL.
The anniversary of the Birkdale Sunday school was held yesterday evening, and was well attended, several being unable to obtain seating accommodation. The singing of the children, under the leadership of Mr Barnes, was exceedingly good. The annual concert will be held on Thursday next, when the children will take part, and on Saturday the annual excursion to St. Helier's Bay will take place.
